The T.A.B.E. Test T.A.B.E. stands for “Test for Adult Basic Education.” This valuable tool helps you determine your academic grade point level.
After the test, you’ll know if remediation is needed. The test offered at Suncoast Workforce is the TABE 7, Level D. This is the short version. Only the long version is accepted at Manatee Technical Institute. The test takes 2 hours. An appointment is needed.
