Important: You must print and completely fill out the registration documents. All information is required to process your entry into the Welfare Transition Program. Optional documents must also be filled out completely (if applicable) and must accompany the registration documents when submitted.
Note: If you do not have access to a printer – Please go to your local Suncoast Workforce office and request the “Welfare Transition Program Application Packet” at the front desk.
